We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for most sessions, and 6-12 months for weddings and major events. However, we often have availability for last-minute bookings, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for all packages. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your session. Custom payment arrangements can be discussed for larger packages.

We understand that life happens! You can reschedule your session up to 2 weeks before your scheduled date at no charge. Rescheduling within 2 weeks may incur a fee depending on availability. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions is always free.

You'll receive a sneak peek of 5-10 images within 48 hours. The full gallery of edited images is typically delivered within 2-3 weeks for standard sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Absolutely! Additional coverage can be added to any package at $150 per hour. We recommend discussing your needs during the booking process to ensure we allocate enough time for your session.

Yes! Services are available within 40 miles of Houston, TX at no additional charge. For locations beyond this range, please contact us to discuss travel fees and availability.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your session receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit, but the remaining balance is refunded. We highly recommend event insurance for weddings and large events.
